Dion Hancock started Roof Guard in 2014 because he was tired of watching contractors in Syracuse rush through jobs. After 27 years in construction, he knew what good work looked like, and he knew what families deserved. He didn't start the company to build an empire. He started it to do things right.

Those early years were roofing and gutters, the foundation of everything we do. But Dion listened to what his customers needed. One family wanted a deck. Another had a barn that needed saving.
